Customer Reviews
I just love this game. Same principle as bejewelled but far superior as your skill can earn you special jewels which zap a load at once if you use them well. Each level gets progressively harder and once you complete the initial game which comes complete with story you unlock several other game modes. These are great as you are now free to choose more timed challenges, straight puzzles, or just play a relaxed endless game. There is even a memory game - great for rusty brains! All in all I think diamond twister is excellent value for money and thoroughly addictive.

This game is great I have spent hours already playing and there is many more hours of fun to be had with it yet. It has to be the best "gem" game around at this time I feel. You can buy this game knowing its going to amuse you for a long time.
- Anonymous Review 9/10

This is the most addictive game i've played. Seriously, I need professional help.
Excellent graphics, loads of different game plays including a non timed eternal mode that will only end when your battery dies or you do.
I love it!

Customer Reviews
Definitely an upgrade from my previous 2005 version -- better graphics and more holes to play. Only complaint is difficulty figuring out how to navigate the swing action -- 2005 version seemed more user friendly, intuitive, and controllable. Still, I recommend this if you have enjoyed the tiger woods franchise games in the past.

This game is a massive disappointment. Having also bought and played vijay singh pro golf which is superb, this just felt pathetic. The screenshots shown do not reflect the game screens - it is not 3d as shown, but a 2d overhead display. Do not buy this game. You will be very disappointed.
- Edward Starkie 1/10

Control system is the worst I have come across, no way of telling how much power you apply to a shot, especially when putting on the green.

Customer Reviews
Once I surfed around the web and stopped in wikipedia, and caught myself reading about silent hill again. But this time was different - I noticed this article - silent hill mobile or silent hill: orphan. I was wondering - what the heck is it?
Up to this point I had completed every silent hill game, except origins, multiple times. So, I was open-minded to get something experimentally familiar. Of course - soon I found out what this article is about, and purchased this ambitious peace of software for my nokia 6630 while I was at work.
I think, that it is useless to say, how much I wanted my workday to finish as soon as possible, hehe.
Then I was at home finally and started to immerse myself again into the deep universe of silent hill.

1)
The first disappointment was the programming language, used to create this game. Java - very limited stuff, I think. But, widely usable - about in every handset with color screen. Soon I accepted, that java was chosen because of this availability, perhaps, and continued to explore this familiar orphanage where terrible things happened.

2)
I had to get used to the archaic pint-n-click game-play mechanics. But this wasn't a problem. These mechanics took me back to the old days - the beginning of post-golden era of video-gaming - to the nineties, which is a great accomplishment for a modern game.

3)
The only thing I haven't really accepted is the audio in this game. No akira yamaoka. Useless beeps in midi instead. But again - I understood, that this is due to programming language and total size of game (install file weighed 466, 5 kb). Akira's score would just make that size ten times, or even larger - much too much for gprs download, perhaps.

But, I managed to accept all these limitations and soon I was totally in this game.
I enjoyed the classic feel, enjoyed the visuals, which easily could be described as a form of art, I enjoyed puzzles and environments, atmosphere in general. I enjoyed the story too, of course.
And here I first met the controllable shifting to otherworld, which fitted in this game, unlike in silent hill: origins.
In fact - this is the only one in java programmed game for cellphones, which I completed and enjoyed. Guilty pleasure.
This alone can be put as measure of overall quality of this game.
Even more - this edition of silent hill managed to deliver some creeps and chills - amazing achievement, considering the aforementioned limitations.

Yes, I do absolutely recommend this game to every silent hill veteran out there, such as myself. Of course - this isn't the regular, full length silent hill game. But sometimes it is nice to get your hands on that same, well known soul, but with another face. And this surely is the case.

The advanced capabilities of modern mobile phones have begun to allow high quality games to be developed and produced. The nokia n-gage platform is certainly a postive step closer to the industry competing against the portable console industry.

However, even though high end mobile phones are capable of full 3d, konami have not simply ported an existing title in the series. It can be argued that developing a 2d game generates lower development costs but porting an existing title would have been easier and, unfortunately, developers usually take the easiet route.

Thankfully though, konami, whether deliberate or not, have chosen not to do so and silent hill most certainly benefits from being an innovative 2d point and click game rather than a port. Because of this it stands out from the flooded suvival horror market of late.

Silent hill is a traditional point and click game in terms of movement and interaction, however, innovative game mechanics have been included. A simple example of this would be the use of a first-person gun in the form of a cross hair. A more unique example though is the taste mechanic. Not only has it not been done before but it is successful two-fold; it adds to the variety of puzzles and interaction and also adds to the player's feeling of disgust at the mere thought of putting your mouth near anything in the town of silent hill.

The game also distinguishes itself against the casual games market with it's high level of difficult puzzles and extensive environments. However, don't let this discourage you from buying this game, as it is a healthy challenge rather than an infuriating nuisance.

Keeping in line with the existing games in the series, silent hill has the sepia stylised presentation and eerie, highly detailed 2d backgrounds. It's a shame that the same time and effort wasn't spent on the game's title screen---granted, the psychotic doll is a sure-fire underwear filler though.

Different style of gameplay to any adventure game I have tried before but thats not a bad thing. A good horror/mystery game to get the braincells ticking over nicely. Very dark in subject matter but gets the level of difficulty just about right as it gets you thinking without being so ridiculously hard that you want to throw the phone across the room (and theres walkthroughs scattered around on the net if you do get stuck). To be honest, the point and click gameplay style is not gonna be to everyones tastes but I liked it and I think its a decent little game to have in your collection if you're looking for something a little different. I'll definitely be buying the sequel if one comes along.

I love this game. The best feature of this game: when the story is complete you can keep playing your character. So the game isn't over like in most simulation games.
I had a one problem.
1. I downloaded game to my memory card. Each time I want to play the game I have to start it, eject my memory card, and then reinsert the card and load the game again.

After that the game works perfectly and I play it all the time.

- Stacie Joseph 9/10

Compared to the first nyn this is so much better! There is lots more to do, more people to talk to, more jobs, more interactive objects. If you;ve played the first, its definitely worth buying this game!
- Kylie Daws 10/10

Great fun, well done - given a 7 based on was incredibly slow to load and run which was frustrating. Might be better on a newer version of a phone with more memory?
